Proven Leadership in Website Security and Advertising Technology
The Media Trust's leadership team has deep roots in malware prevention, site operations and the ad tech industry that dates back to the late 1990s, including a robust understanding of the technology needed to serve web pages as well as the ad execution chain for both online and mobile environments.
In 2005, leading online publishers asked The Media Trust's co-founders to develop a systematic way to verify whether an online ad published on the right page location to the right audience and at the right time. This led to the release of Media Verifier, which has grown to be the largest, most accurate automated line-item and life-of-campaign verification management system for online, mobile and search advertising campaigns.
In the course of scanning these ads, the Company detected anomalous activity that led to the release of services for malware prevention, data protection, mobile apps and websites as a whole. Today, these services provide the control necessary to secure, optimize and monetize websites, mobile apps and advertising campaigns.
